Meet Fabian

Fabian is much more than just the owner of LA Garage Conversion. He is a Los Angeles native and has been in the construction business for 20 years! He has experience in both commercial and residential construction. Fabian is a Highland Park resident where he lives with his family. Without a doubt he is a family man and completely devoted to his family of 4 and of course the Dodgers and golf. His family inspires him to work hard every day and reach his goals and he could not do this without their support.

The second most important thing to know about Fabian, is his Veteran status. After finishing his military term Fabian started building ADU and garage conversions and has since started his own company, LA Garage Conversion! His ultimate goal in starting this business is to build enough ADUs and garage conversions to house all homeless Veterans. Here in Los Angeles that is about 8,000. He wants to help honor and give back to his fellow brothers in arms, who did not have the luxury to come back to a home or those who have struggle to adjust. It's an amazing goal.

The third thing to know about Fabian is his love of golf. For the last ten years he has been stepping up his game, practicing and playing rounds. He even states if you can beat him in a round of golf that he will give you a discount on your project, which may sound like an easy challenge but he will bring the heat! You won’t find many others who would be willing to go head to head with a potential client but Fabian doesn’t mind. In the end, you won’t even mind when you lose because of his friendliness and openness that will convince you to put your trust and home in his hands.
